Hershey Lodge

Great visit! Everything was very clean, and I felt completely comfortable bringing my baby. The gift shop was great, and the water park looked incredible! My only complaint would be the restaurants—we tried a few and unfortunately, they all missed the mark. I’d recommend eating off property. Other than that, we had a wonderful stay and will absolutely be back!

Cozy stay with lots on site to do. Stayed here recently for a small birthday vacation for our toddler. All the staff were super friendly and quick to make the experience special for our son. Food is AMAZING and room service quick. Prices for the food though are ridiculously expensive so keep that in mind. The indoor waterpark was a blast although a bit disorganized. The rooms themselves are a bit dated and don’t have any sort of modern amenities such as a smart tv, but that was okay. It felt a bit homey in a way and had great air control. Our biggest gripe was that the walls are paper thin and you could hear things happening in adjacent rooms and especially the hallways. Kids seemed to be screaming and running up and down the hallways up until midnight with no one enforcing any sort of quiet.

We did a mid week stay at the Lodge. Check in/Front desk staff were fantastic and very knowledgeable. They helped with a fairly complex issue where we were not charged correctly and fixed it quickly which we appreciated. Our room was fine, standard room but housekeeping was lacking. We found an empty crushed up beer can in the closet which was disappointing. They also didn't clean our room the whole time we were there for some reason. We went to Fire and Grain for the buffet our first morning and were pretty disappointed. Felt phoned in and the food just wasn't very good. The Bear's den sports bar was fun and the food was good. The lobby bar staff was great also. The indoor pool areas was also really fun, great drink and food menu. Overall a nice hotel but they have some issues to work out.

Came here for the first time with a toddler. Was very impressed with all they have to offer. They are very accommodating and nice. The rooms were comfortable and were clean. The water works area was perfect for kids. Plenty of food available. They also offer a shuttle bus to the park which is so convenient. I was also able to check my chocolate purchases to be held in the refrigerator at the front desk so I could go to the park and it wouldn’t melt

Loved this place. Our adjoining rooms were nice and big enough to comfortably lay out suitcases open. Clean. Comfortable beds. Two bathroom sinks in each room. Housekeeping came twice during our 3 night stay. Staff so pleasant! Bellhop was professional and fast. Loved the restaurants and food options. Long lines for the shuttle so we drove instead and paid for parking but it was super convenient. Will definitely return soon.
